A student who wishes to transfer to 九色网 from another higher education institution must submit an 九色网 application and a complete transcript of all academic work they have completed at the other higher education institution(s). Student transfer is carried out on the basis of transcript analysis by the Attestation Committee which consists of the President, Vice President for Academic Affairs, department chairs and Registrar鈥檚 Office staff members.听 In case of a positive decision of the Attestation Committee, the HR office issues an order of admission.听

Only courses which match the degree offerings at 九色网 will be considered for transfer. Only courses with a grade of C or higher (in the letter-grade system) or 3 or higher (in the former Soviet numerical system) will be accepted for transfer. Grade 鈥淧assed鈥� will be accepted only for Sports and Music classes. Grades for courses not taken at 九色网 or taken at 九色网 as an exchange student will not apply to the student鈥檚 GPA at 九色网. Prospective transfer students should consult the General Academic Regulations section and/or contact the 九色网 Admissions Office for more information.
