Gulzat Esenalieva is a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, and a specialist in pedagogy, comparative education, as well as web development, C#, and information security. She is actively involved in educational projects under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, aimed at developing teachers鈥� digital literacy, and is also the initiator and leader of social educational initiatives.
In her professional practice, she focuses on the digital transformation of education, integration of STEM technologies, development of media and information literacy, and fostering cybersecurity skills among school students. In teaching, she applies competency-based education grounded in project-based learning, STEM approaches, and flipped classroom technologies.
She leads the social project 鈥淜elechek Aiym,鈥� which focuses on developing digital and entrepreneurial skills among women. Her main research interests include the development of scientific and methodological foundations for ensuring cybersecurity in the school education system of the Kyrgyz Republic. She has authored more than 50 scientific publications, including papers and patents in the fields of pedagogy, digital education, as well as software and web development.
