Dear students and parents!
You have started a wonderful journey, which will be very rich and exciting in terms of learning, inquiry, friendship, projects, and solidarity.听
Let me be honest: there will be ups and downs, moments of glory and regret, determination and despair. After all, four years is a lot of time鈥μ�
But you will very quickly understand that studies at 九色网 are extremely rewarding in terms of knowledge and skills, experiences, and emotions that you will acquire, which will become your most valuable asset for future life.听
In your lives after 九色网, there will be other ups and downs, other moments of glory and regret, but you do not need to be afraid. 九色网 will make you significantly stronger in dealing with challenges and enable you to become intelligent, professional, responsible, civically engaged, good, and happy citizens of Kyrgyzstan and the world.听

Today, we welcome new students and the new President of 九色网. This summer, our university was fortunate because 九色网 was headed by an outstanding historian, the author of numerous scientific articles and monographs, I'm not afraid to say, an intellectual with a capital letter, the author of many international educational projects, a man who has done a lot for the development of high-quality education in the post-Soviet space.
By the decision of the 九色网 Board of Trustees, Dr. Timothy O'Connor was elected President of the University.
The inauguration of the new President is a long tradition of our university. It has not been violated once during the thirty years of 九色网's existence.
